Yeah, but one was in 2011 and one in 2012. It's been too long, you see.

Plus I missed the first one because I was in Germany.

It's looking like the Sumerian stage is mostly local, all the more reason to skip that one

As expected, no interest in this lineup. The only bands I care about at all are Amon Amarth and CoB (I would have cared about Machine Head a couple years ago, but now they are just boring to me), and even CoB I have seen as many times as I really care to. Behemoth is okay, but I just never cared that much about them

I was at the press conference yesterday afternoon. I started to freak out when the first 5 or so bands they announced were complete shit, but then got excited when Behemoth were announced. I like this years line up a lot actually. Behemoth, Children of Bodom, Amon Amarth, and Mastodon make this a must see for me, and Rob Zombie should be fun as always. He was being a huge asshole yesterday during the Q&A part though. We didn't stay for Butcher Babies or Huntress though because they suck ass. I was sad to hear that the Sumerian stage bands weren't announced. Doesn't matter because the previous five bands I mentioned really make this festival worth going to in my opinion, although if The Faceless get added ima be super stoked!

He answered every question in an asshole way. Very short and shitty answers and he was obviously in a bad mood. John 5 was cool as hell though.

Funny thing, someone asked Rob Zombie's band and 5FDP what some of their favorite live albums were and the singer from 5FDP said "Iron Maiden's Live Undead." Yup.

I don't see what's so surprising, most of 5FDP is late 30's/early 40's, odds are they've listened to Maiden
