Reading is hit or miss crowd wise, but I'm totally going

I'm hitting the Reading show for sure. I haven't seen Alice since 1986. And Manson is a good opener. 2 good performers at 1 show.

The way Manson is performing right now... your mind will be changed.

Saw him in November opening for Zombie and even the die-hard Manson fans thought he was shit. Same story for the whole tour.

I've seen some things, man. And some stuff. I wouldn't recommend it.

He started out strong and then ran out of gas quickly. I saw the 2nd show of his solo tour last April in Hampton Beach. That was a good show. I wouldn't call his performance at the Twins of Evil show I saw "shit", but it was definitely lackluster.

I saw him a few days before Halloween and thought he was okay. Maybe it's because the only other time I've seen him live was on the 2009 Mayhem Fest where he literally couldn't perform without taking hits of oxygen in the middle of every song, but it was far better than I expected. I also think he knows the fans are disappointed, so I'm hoping Alice will bring out the best in him for this tour.

This is a great idea for a tour...in 1998. Seriously, Rob Zombie/Alice Cooper, Rob Zombie/Manson, now Manson/Cooper all happening way too late. I know AC was "old" in the 90s too but it would still make more sense then.

Now i'm waiting for the inevitable Marilyn Manson/Eminem tour in 2020 titled "We scared suburban white mothers 20 years ago."

June 20th at Meadowbrook in Gilford, New Hampshire was just confirmed this morning.

The good news: Alice goes on last.

The better news: I entered to win a pair of tickets last week. Aaaaaaaaand I won them! The best news an unemployed dude with a concert addiction could ask for.
