48.Rest In Sleaze - CRASHDIET
![]() Year Of Release: 2005 Tracklist: 1.Knokk 'Em Down 2.Riot In Everyone 3.Queen Obscene/69 Shots 4.Breakin' The Chainz 5.Needle In Your Eye 6.Tikket 7.Out Of Line 8.It's A Miracle 9.Straight Outta Hell 10. Back On Trakk Genre: Glam Metal/Sleaze Rock With a name like Crashdiet, I didn't expect much when I first went to listen them.Well, all I can say is that I was completely blown away with this band.Crashdiet, along with Hardcore Superstar, are really the first bands that started the Swedish Glam Metal movement (I really hope I get to visit there one day). This album is one that should have been bigger than it was in the states, and unfortunately you can't get your hands on a copy here without ordering online. If your reading this Crashdiet, PLEASE release this and The Unattractive Revolution on ITunes. All that said, this album is true glam metal, sounding like GnR meets Skid Row.Dave Leppard (R.I.P) was incredible on this album, along with the awesome guitar player Martin Sweet, phenomenal drum player Eric Young, and solid bassist Peter London.Highlights include the power ballad "It's A Miracle", the perfect closer "Back On Trakk", and the best song on the album, the fist-pumping anthem "Riot In Everyone". Standout Track: "Riot In Everyone" http://grooveshark.com/s/Riot+In+Everyone/3TrUYQ?src=5

47.The Ultimate Sin - Ozzy Osbourne
![]() Year Of Release: 1985 Tracklist: 1.The Ultimate Sin 2.Secret Loser 3.Never Know Why 4.Thank God For The Bomb 5.Never 6.Lighting Strikes 7.Killer Of Giants 8.Fool Like You 9.Shot In The Dark Genre: Heavy Metal If you ask Ozzy fans what his best record is, your most likely gonna get either "Blizzard Of Ozz" or "No Rest For The Wicked".While both are extremely great records, my favorite definitely has to be "The Ultimate Sin".The guitar playing by Jake E. Lee is a real great feature of this album, with "Shot In The Dark" having one of the best solos of all-time.This whole album is killer, except for "Never Know Why", but the the rest of the album is great it overcomes this one bad song.Randy Castillo's incredible drumming is also worth mentioning.Standouts include the killer title-track, super underrated "Killer Of Giants", and the best Ozzy song of all-time, the before mentioned "Shot In The Dark".Even though many consider this Ozzy's worst album, I think it's the best and is one of the most underrated metal records out there. Standout: "Shot In The Dark" http://grooveshark.com/s/Shot+In+The+Dark/4lgwni?src=5

Very interesting choice. I do love Shot in the Dark but don't have the rest of the album.

My first hard rock album ever. It holds up better than most people think.
Shot In The Dark, the title track and Lightning Strikes are all heavy as fuck metal classics. Secret Loser, despite the dumb title, just had that killer groove (back when it wasn't Slipknot faggots on pogo sticks) that just smashed your head against a glass table like William Holden. And Killer of Giants just might be the best epic Ozzy was ever associated with solo wise.

The Ultimate Sin is a great album. Shot In The Dark was the song that got me into metal. I remember seeing the video as a kid back when it came out and it was the first metal song I ever liked and the song that introduced me to the genre. That song forever holds the most special place in my heart.
The title track, Secret Loser, Thank God For The Bomb and Killer Of Giants are all awesome to.

46.Flesh & Blood - Poison
![]() Year Of Release: 1990 Tracklist: 1.Strange Days Of Uncle Jack 2.Valley Of Lost Souls 3.(Flesh & Blood) Sacrifice 4.Swampjuice (Soul-O) 5.Unskinny Bop 6.Let It Play 7.Life Goes On 8.Come Hell Or High Water 9.Ride The Wind 10.Don't Give Up An Inch 11.Something To Believe In 12.Ball And Chain 13.Life Loves A Tragedy 14.Poor Boy Blues Genre: Glam Metal Poison is one of the most shunned bands of the glam metal genre, considering they did take the image to an extreme. The image I can understand hating, but the music I don't know how you can hate.I mean, it's fun, uplifting rock n' roll, what the heck is wrong with that? Now that I've said why Poison is a good band, it's time to get down to the album.First off, the image of the band changed to a less glam appearance.Second, most of the album has a more serious, darker approach then most of their other stuff, but the fun side of the band is still shown in about 3 or 4 tracks. All four members (Bret, C.C., Bobby, Rikki) are at their best and most mature on this album.Highlights include possibly the most underrated song in Poison history "Valley Of Lost Souls", the incredible forgotten hit ballad "Life Goes On", and of course my personnel favorite "Ride The Wind".Most people don't like this record, but those that love glam metal will most likely love this. You can live without Poison, but why would you? Standout Track: "Ride The Wind" http://grooveshark.com/s/Ride+The+Wind/4yUkAz?src=5
