To me the answer is simple, do several three-week stints at different times of the year so Tom can go home in between. Might be more expensive with multiple flights, but unless they can change either Tom or Mille's mind, that's the only way I can see it working.

Yeah, they did say that. I'm sure if they can make this tour happen, then they will want to come back cause this tour will make them money.

I don't see why he can't stay away from home for longer than three weeks just one time if it means a pretty good paycheck, which I think it would.
