I don't think its possible to see any band Trent is in and not think of him as NIN and nothing else. They were just too huge to think he could do something not NIN and have it succeed at all.

uhh, the album hasnt even come out yet, nor has the tour started, let alone gone on sale

trent has been hinting at a nin return for a while now, surely has nothing to do with htda

It's not HTDA (or is it? i don't really know) but people creamed themselves over his work doing the soundtrack to The Social Network, so there's definitely buzz over him for stuff other than NIN.
