Considering his music and the time period they came out, I can't say its shocking.

Does anybody have any info on who (if anybody) is opening these 3 shows in OKC, Springfield, and StL coming up?


It's in less than 4 weeks, and nothing yet.

I saw on the point's website that they are actually having a contest for a local band to open the show in St. Louis. They can submit videos for the public to vote on and out of the few bands with the most votes, the Deftones will hand pick a winner. Sucks we won't get a national opener, but thats pretty cool of them to give a local band some spotlight.

Sadly if they have to scramble around and not announce it yet then I'm guessing it'll be something pretty god awful. I'm bracing for that already.

Hopefully they only get 30 mins at most, and we get extended Deftones sets.

contortionist only got 30 min (i would assume the same for periphery), so youll probably have a regular deftones set

Bump mainly for 300: Deftones sold out here and in St. Louis. Don't know if you were planning on going or not/already got a ticket/etc
