What makes things like this difficult is that band members will deny stuff like this even if they are on the tour. From what I understand bands are not allowed to advertise they are on the tour via a confidentiality clause but that doesn't keep them from telling whoever they want. I did contact the Knoxville radio station DJ who interviewed ITM and she told me the comment about the summer tour with Deftones and Zombie was said. Perhaps things have changed (Last year Cradle Of Filth was all but signed to Mayhem Fest and at the last minute dropped off)? Perhaps they are not wanting to reveal?

Things can change instantly. Like Wintersun for Paganfest. they decided to be Wintersun and postpone all NA touring till next year.

But in this case, again ITM is an Uproar band anyways. It would be a better it if it is all true.

ITM was on Uproar last year. They released an album that sold alot better than expected. If they are not on Mayhem they would probably be on Warped which they have played before too.

Personally I would love it if ITM and 5FDP were not on Mayhem Fest but I have a feeling I am not that lucky.

ITM won't be on Warped. If anything they will (sadly) be doing Mayhem again.

Worst part about ITM live now is the fact that they lost any part of what made them a metal band.

I mean first time I saw ITM there was a lot of songs where Maria screamed and the second time I saw them (at Uproar) it was nothing but the new album played except for the gun show which Maria talked through. She didn't even sing it at all.

Really stressing about something that will be made public in just a few weeks anyway is pretty fun to watch. It's not like someone gets a trophy for being the one who figures it out beforehand. There's no victorious endgame, just someone shrugging and saying "Yup, you got it right, so now what?"
