New MEGADETH album in June
Title: Super Collider

First release on MegaDave's new label, Tradecraft. Distributed through Universal Music.

Currently being recorded in San Diego for a June release.

I think I'd almost prefer them just call this 14. Super Collider sounds like a metal album that an elementary school came up with.

Mustaine is indeed quoted in press release as saying what they're producing in the studio now is the best they've ever come up with together.

It drives me nuts when people put a lot of stock into musicians saying that their next album is the best they've ever done, best since so-and-so album, a return to this sound, blah blah blah. Of course they're going to say it's their best ever. I'd love it if someone said "This album we're working on is fucking garbage, but I hope you guys buy it anyway!"
