I never said that. But I think most tour organizers would have WC over MA. Not that I like it or agree with it.

Back when Deathcore was relevant, MAAAAAAAAAAAYBE. I don't even feel right saying that.

Deathcore is all but dead and Djent is nearly all gone as well. I was actually told by the venue that the recent Emmure/Whitechapel tour that came through on the 2nd had a very minimal crowd. Granted Soundgarden was the same night about 2 blocks away, but that still says a lot.

The best Whitechapel would get is 2nd or 3rd from the top at this point.

Revocation is now confirmed. Also, the mascot on their tour poster apparently has a name >_<

Gojira, Cattle Decapitation, and Revocation sounds pretty damn tit-tacular so far, but I won't get my hopes up too much after what happened in 2011.

I still think WC would headline over MA. As ghey as that is, that's just what I think would happen. Whatever order they played, I'd be thrilled w/ MA just being on SS.

Wait a minute, Whitechapel are on Wacken and Bloodstock this summer. Unless they cancel, they probably won't play SS.

Not saying that I think they are on it, but Whitechapel would headline over MA for sure. MA doesn't even have a big enough draw to co-headline IMO.

Whitechapel is doing a small club tour right now but I've seen Whitechapel sell out HOB (same venue SS plays at here) with only a few smaller openers. Whitechapel has a huge draw from a wide audience as MA doesn't do full tours often and when they did play here last year they played a tiny venue and didn't sell it out.

If MA was on this they'd be under the co-headliner. In the spot Darkest Hour or SFU played in 2011.

Black Dahlia headlined over Whitechapel in 2011 and they usually play smaller or the same venues as Whitechapel. Hell, the last time I saw Black Dahlia before SS 2011 was at the small coffee shop in my town (although Whitechapel DID play there 3 days after that ). I'm telling you it's the crossover appeal.
