Any Zelda game, Final Fantasy IV and VI, although the others are good too. Earthbound's soundtrack is incredible, maybe my favorite. I also love the save room music from RE1 and Chicago: Stealth from Perfect Dark. The Mario ones rule too, someone mentioned Dire Docks earlier, I second that one for its awesomeness.

Obviously Brutal Legend, and Silent Hill 2..... the combination of the music and the environment made for one amazingly creepy experience
