Main reason I care is because we're not getting Deftones anytime soon then

My friend saw Machine Head a few months back, and she asked Rob if they were going to be on Mayhem Fest and he said yes...

Wolverine, I've been meaning to ask you, why did you drop 5FDP from your confirmed/rumored list? I mean, Lyman or Reese (I don't remember which) DID say that a coheadliner this year started out on the side stage in 2008, and 5FDP is the only caliber band that could pull it off. It seems as set in stone as the rumor mill can get. But by all means, if you have evidence to the contrary, I'm all ears. I'd much rather have another band in that slot.

This could lead to some bands playing in MTL afterall.
I hope so. With all the shows I've been to in MTL, still have never made it to a Heavy MTL.

Could have been confused with the Mayhem Cruise back when that was happening.

yeah, im not sure how this is going to work logistically. unless it ends up being one of those main stage only dates. pretty crazy its coming though, i would have figured uproar would come before mayhem ever would.

Yeah as far as I know they don't have another spot nearby to do the side stage stuff which is kinda weird they would pick that place. Atleast Downs is big enough you can do the side and main stage right there.

MH did close out the side stages in 2008 and if they ARE in fact on it as they've mentioned, they could very well be the co headliner?? Dont think so, but could possibly be?
