Harddrive tour released dates, and they have a gap for ROTR. I am guessing BFMV, Halestorm, and Young Guns will play ROTR

Considering that 99.7 The Blitz has a hard on for Volbeat, Young Guns, and In This Moment....I think it's safe to say they will all be there.

Yes but they have yet to have a band play a 4th time, and smaller bands only come back whennn there's been a major spike in their success
