Number 2 Is.......
2.Hardcore Superstar-Hardcore Superstar ![]() Tracklist: 1.Kick On The Upperclass 2.Bag On Your Head 3.Last Forever 4.She's Offbeat 5.We Don't Celebrate Sundays 6.Hateful 7.Wild Boys 8.My Good Reputation 9.Cry Your Eyes Out 10.Simple Man 11.Blood On Me 12.Standin' On The Verge Band They Most Resemble: Love/Hate As the band that started the whole Swedish glam metal scene,Hardcore Superstar has made a great mark on glam history. This band is extraordinarily awesome, bringing the sounds of Love/Hate,L.A. Guns,Motley Crue, and Faster Pussycat all together to bring about great music. This band is extremely popular in Sweden, with several number ones and Grammy awards there. The album's opener "Kick On The Upperclass" kicks things into gear ( ),and continues with some of their most-known and arguably best songs, including the Faster Pussycat influenced "We Don't Celebrate Sundays",the Motley Crue sounding-anthem "Wild Boys",and my personal favorite, the sleazy-rocker "My Good Reputation" which sounds a lot like Love/Hate (you will find a lot of their stuff sounds like that).Other great standout songs include the L.A. Guns sounding rocker "Last Forever", "Bag On Your Head" and "Cry Your Eyes Out",both of which sound like they came straight from Skid Row's songbook. My second favorite song is another Love/Hate sounding track called "Simple Man",which is not a cover by the way.If I had to pick a least favorite song,it would "She's Offbeat",but this album really doesn't have a bad track at all.If you like rock music, you WILL like this album, and if you don't I don't know what's wrong with you.Metal fans should appreciate how more heavy these guys are compared to other glam bands.Recommended Tracks: "My Good Reputation" http://grooveshark.com/s/My+Good+Rep...n/4GQ31W?src=5 "Simple Man" http://grooveshark.com/s/Simple+Man/4GQ3Qs?src=5 "Cry Your Eyes Out" http://grooveshark.com/s/Cry+Your+Eyes+Out/4GQ3xM?src=5

And Number 1 Is.......
1.Generation Wild-Crashdiet ![]() Tracklist: 1.442 (Intro) 2.Armageddon 3.So Alive 4.Generation Wild 5.Rebel 6.Save Her 7.Down With The Dust 8.Native Nature 9.Chemical 10.Bound To Fall 11.Beautiful Pain Band They Most Resemble: still Skid Row! I have already told everyone how good these guys are when I posted "Rest In Sleaze",but I'm going to tell everybody again. This band is THE next generation hair band. They're combination of GnR,Skid Row,and Motley Crue is just so incredible. If they're is one non-Motley Crue or Skid Row hair band that metal fans could enjoy,Crashdiet would be them.I just can't describe in words how good this album is,the only one I can think of to come close to is "Perfect".The album starts with the pounding "442" intro, that leads to the heart-pumping metal anthem "Armageddon"."So Alive" is one of my favorite Crashdiet songs, with one of the best pre-choruses of this century.Another thing I love about this album is that it's very dark in nature, save for maybe "Chemical",which has the best chorus the band has ever created. The best song on here though,is the title track, which I have labeled the next "Youth Gone Wild".Other great tracks (though they are all great), include the ballad "Save Her",which probably would have topped the charts in '88,the Motley Crue rocker "Rebel",and "Native Nature",a song that sounds like Skid Row should have made back in their glory days.So my friends,I can safely say that Crashdiet is the best glam metal revival band, and this album is THE new generation glam metal album. Recommended Tracks: "Generation Wild" http://grooveshark.com/s/Generation+Wild/4BiSug?src=5 "Chemical" http://grooveshark.com/s/Chemical/4Cbbem?src=5 "Save Her" http://grooveshark.com/s/Save+Her/4Cb9zf?src=5

I had a feeling this would be number 1
. Good album, and great job on the list! Sometimes it's easy to forget that there are all these bands bringing glam/hair metal back. Even though it's pretty much guilty pleasure music for me, I still have a small soft spot for hair bands in my cold, dark metal heart lol, since I was super into it when I was younger. Gonna check out a couple of the bands I'm not familiar with on this list.

I like that steal panther album... although mine has another track at the end of it after girl from oklahoma
I also really like set the world on fire by black veil brides... there are moments where I can really hear the glam influence and other times where I don't hear it. the guitar tone and drumb tone don't scream 80's to me, and neither really does his voice. I know their image is glam, but...find it difficult to call most of their music glam.
