Expect overlapping or for a much earlier show time. And even if they start early there will be some overlapping or they will finish the small stages too early at several shows.

I see two bands playing it once and it started maybe 2-3 hours earlier.

I think just start early, in the past they began around 2 with the side stages, just start at noon and have the Sumerian stage early

Don't be surprised if the band PDP is on that Musician's Institute Stage in a very early slot, they've been on Mayhem playing in a sponsor tent the last several years to promote the school and have a good relationship with the organizers.

Also, there are definitely a few missing bands that I know of that I can't say right now, both main and second stage caliber.
