I supposed it's done for merchandising reasons. I mean, I suppose people would want to see a recognizable city on the back of a shirt.

Still, at least acknowledge that you're nowhere within walking distance of the major city in association.

Bruce Dickinson kept saying "SCREAM FOR ME BOSTON" at the last Iron Maiden show I saw, and I couldn't help but think to myself that the Comcast Center is closer to Providence, Rhode Island than it is Boston.

Same goes for shows in Tempe, Mesa, whatever, Arizona. You're in Phoenix, motherfucker. As long as you aren't playing Tucson or Flagstaff, you're alright.

It sounds like their is going to be two legit sidestages this year which definitely makes me happy. What's also hilarious to me is that every band that is "confirmed" or heavily rumored I either love or think is god awful (with the lone exception of 5FDP, who I'm not a fan of, but I can deal with).

I didn't like Emmure when I saw them on Trespass, and I've never listened to Miss May I or Chleasea Grin
