It's the only Absu album I've ever owned but I really enjoy it.

As I stated earlier, does anyone have any suggestions on my writing?

Keep it short and simple. You'll keep peoples interest that way. Your first review there was pretty much the perfect length.

This would make me really happy. The Mantle, Deliverance, Versus The World, Alive Or Just Breathing, and The Odyssey would as well.

Mastodon - Remission
Take a look at this horse. Now look back at yourself. Now at the horse. Now.... fuck this. YES! This horse heard this colossus of an album, thus the result of the album cover. Mastodon decimated the metal scene with something indubitably unique, Crushing, festering sludge fused with exceptional Progressive and technical tendencies. The album bludgeons the listener with heavy, mammoth-esque riffs from the get go along with numerous fills. These drum fills working in tandem with the riffs create an album engaging and inviting. The fills man. THE FUCKING FILLS. Extremely jazz influenced percussion breathes a breath of new life into the drums of a magnanimous amount of other sludge/doom artists. The wonderful trifecta of "Crusher Destroyer" "March of the Fire Ants" and "Where Strides the Behemoth" open up this album with heavy as hell metal. After this they delve into an indubitably more progressive territory with cuts such as "Ol'e Nessie" While near the end of the album they meld the two stratospheres of sludge and prog nearly seemlessly. However, Mastodon embracing a jam heavy.... fun? track with MOTHER FUCKING PUNCHER.
All in all just listen to this album. All of You.
Mastodon's best work.
