I've seen fewer of your top 10 than ever before (Lincoln, Django, and The Master). Loved all three, though, and I still want to see Argo and BOTSW.

I knew The Master was going to be your number 1 before I opened the thread I've only seen 2 of the 10 (Django and Argo) and they are both in my top 20 for the year. I have zero interest in seeing a few of those, but I plan on checking out Beasts of the Southern Wild and The Comedy at some point in time.

You haven't seen and don't plan on seeing Lincoln? America weeps.

Bernie and This Must Be The Place you might like, too.

I can't really recommend The Comedy, The Turin Horse or The Loneliest Planet to anyone who doesn't know what they're getting into and is still curious.

Haven't seen any of the top 10... but will be all over these. Lincoln and Django don't come out here until this year though.

And I'll be watching them all on DVD anyway. Cinema is too expensive.

Paid $5, $10, $7 and $10 to see those, respectively. Cheaper combined than buying the DVD for one of them.

They would cost the equivalent of at least $13 each to see at the cinema. They'll be out on DVD within six months, and within four months of that they'll be the equivalent of $6.50 max.

I'm fine being around a year behind with movies
