AA is somewhat close in popularity to Bodom in the states, but Bodom is bigger, for sure. Both are bigger than Behemoth, though.

I've been told Behemoth is on Mayhem, a kid on the Mayhem site said he got to hang with their vocalist and Rob from Machine Head and they both said they were on Mayhem

So if COB, Behemoth, AND Machine Head all end up on Mayhem, then I guess that just leaves...

Amon Amarth

The way I see it, this tour is only getting bigger so any bands that are less popular than Cannibal Corpse and BTBAM are unlikely to headline. CoB sounds the most likely of all the names being thrown around. CoB and Amon Amarth would be sweet. Machine Head would be weird because they don't really count as an extreme metal band.
