This split rules, specifically the Priapus side. Priapus is a three piece (drums/guitar/vocals) that totally rips in the vein of Assuck and such, just very pissed off stuff here. I highly reccommend any fan of grind check out this split and their 2011 release Air Loom. Old Painless, on the other hand, is (I believe) a 2 piece noisy grind band with throat searing high vocals. This guy makes Jon Chang sound like Chris Barnes. Seriously.

Also, I won a test press of this split for being a boss
Nice! I'm checking out now and its fucking awesome!! Thanks!

13. Pact - The Dragon Lineage Of Satan

Raw as fuck. The guitars are murky, the drums are a bit quiet, and the vocals are fantastic. Not much else to say besides give it a listen if you like SATAN!!!111!

12. Thy Darkened Shade - Eternvs Mos, Nex Ritvs

Hailing from Greece, Thy Darkened Shade plays black metal with some thrash mixed in. It's different, while it still retains the traditional black metal sound, it isn't afraid to bring the riff. Check it for yourself doe

11. Unfathomable Ruination - Misshapen Congenital Entropy

If you like brutal death and you haven't heard this album yet, change that. For people who think Suffocation could use some gravity blasts. This shit is awesome

Top ten as fuck

10. 7 H. Target - Fast-Slow Demolition

Mind bending brutal death that sounds like it was crafted in the post-Judgement Day Terminator world

9. Aborted - Global Flatline

My favorite release from Aborted thus far. Top notch stuff, awesome drumming, excellent production. If you don't know Aborted (like a bitch) their sound is a perfect mix between Carcass and Suffocation

8. Dying Fetus - Reign Supreme

Another career-defining release of 2012. While Fetus is fun live, I've never really willing went out of my way to listen to their studio material. It's always sounded pretty stale to me. This release, however, is different. The mix pops, the guitar tone is deliciously crisp, and the songs arent just DERRR SWEEEP DERRRR. The emphasis on slams gets a major thumbs up, these dudes really delivered this time around

7. Six Brew Bantha - S/T LP

After seeing SBB's name everywhere, I finally decided to give them a listen. Glad I did, this shit owns. From the misleading beginning of the LP to the end, Six Brew Bantha totally destroy everything in the most un-Hatebreed way possible. Plus, dat snare sonnnnn

6. Feastem side of Feastem/Kill The Client split

Haven't heard the KTC side, don't care. Killer grind, HM-2 buzzsaw swag in abundance, punk as fuck. Listen and enjoy
