Well,I've seen them twice and the second time was in all ways better then the first. The first time they only did 14 or 15 songs, second time they did like 18 including a acoustic medley of songs,so really it's not that they need to get rid of their hits (which will NEVER happen in 100,000 years, that's definitely a promise),what they need to do is get rid of the opening acts, making their sets longer, and have rotating spots for other songs in their set. They do Let It Go and High & Dry (Saturday Night) very often now, their not hits but the crowd enjoys them just as much as Love Bites and Rock Of Ages,so they are going to be able to add more like that if they are just willing to do it.Look at Bon Jovi for crying out loud, they play without openers (most of the time),have sets that last anywhere between 23-30 songs, their set is different every night, and have tons of songs that aren't hits.

They should actually change it up and tour playing only pre-Hysteria material.

Yeah this is nothing special, one of the pre-Hysteria albums would have been better.

I've seen them do everything off that album live except for Don't Shoot Shotgun, Run Riot and Love & Affection, so this isn't that big of a deal for me. If they did a full tour I might try to catch it just to say i've seen all of Hysteria live.
What I don't get is they act like Hysteria is the bell all end all for them. It may have had more hit singles and sold a little bit better than Pyromania but Pyro still sold 10 million copies in the US and they act like it's not that important of an album for them. Without the success of Pyromania, Hysteria never happens. Respect the right album guys instead of just playing the three hits off it all the time and nothing else. |

They need at least one song from On Through The Night added (Wasted would be a good choice),at least four songs from High n Dry (Bringin' On The Heartbreak,Switch 625,Let It Go,and Another Hit And Run,and Lady Strange if you don't count the Switch),at least 5 from Pyromania (the big three, plus Too Late For Love and Stagefright,Too Late For Love is actually more popular with casual listeners then they think it is),seven from Hysteria (Women, any five of the six hits, and replace the remaining hit with Gods Of War),three from Adrenalize (Let's Get Rocked,Make Love Like A Man,and White Lighting),and there you go,20 songs,I'm pretty sure they can pull that off

Dude, Joe Elliott's voice would be destroyed if that happened, as much as I'd love to see that!
