I agree it would be cool to hear more songs from Wintersun's first album, but I expected it would be this way. Still excited to see them, and Eluveitie is awesome live.

I'm highly considering going. A few of my friends that would be interested in going start their winter break a couple days before and since this is cheap and is in Boston, it's probably a better idea to go to this than driving to Maine in potentially snowy conditions.

What was the merch situtation like? Did you get to see what they had and what the prices were?

Yeah driving to Portland in a snowstorm would be awful. But definitely let me know if you are going.

Urgh.. I have been really disappointed in pretty much everything Eluveitie's done since Slania. Hate their female vocals and think they sound like pop music or something now. Maybe I should give them another chance since I'll be going to this.

Would I have a better chance of enjoying Everything Remains (As it Never Was) or Helvetios?

Also never really checked out Varg -- where should I start there?

Helvetios seems a lot more estrogen driven than Everything Remains
Everything Remains just sounds like a metalcore band with folk metal instruments IMO.
