I'm definitely interested to see the rest of this lineup. A full Wintersun headlining set sounds great, but there are only a couple folk/pagan bands I have any interest in anymore, Ex Deo not being one of them. Also, the Wintersun set needs to be considerably longer/different than the one on the first tour for me to want to go.

I also really hope Equilibrium finally make their way over here. I was fortunate enough to see them play a 45 minute set on a Heidenfest tour opening up for Twilight of the Gods but I just need more Equilibrium. Such a great band and this would be a _stellar_ line up if they were on it. Don't care who else plays. Can be two hours of Swashbuckle; I don't give a fuck. Wintersun/Equilibrium and I'm good.

I'd personally like to see Insomnium on this. Not exactly a pagan/folk band, but I don't think they would be too out of place.

Is this tour going to be much later in the year than April? Wintersun just posted on Facebook that their upcoming North America tour is going to be their only NA tour in the Time I touring cycle and I can't see Time II being out until much later next year.

They aren't lying. This tour with Eluveitie is the only NA tour for Time I. Time II comes out for Paganfest, not sure on the exact date, but that's what it is for.
