I'm honestly thinking there needs to be someone that keeps track of bands denied entry into Canada. There's Exhumed, Morbid Angel (more than once), Gotham Road, Pretty Boy Floyd, Morgan O'Kane, Tinariwen...and that's just from the first page of "Bands denied entry into Canada" on Google.

It does seem overly strict in a lot of cases. Some other bands I know that have difficulties or have never got up here are: Nile, Born of Osiris, and Upon a Burning Body has had issues in the past as well if I recall correctly.
