While I believe it's sucks that he's being arrested for ripping up a book of fictional stories in half, if it's a law (which I assume was a law before Nergal did this), then they have the right to arrest him. I mean, they could have a law that you can't wear green on consecutive Thursdays, and if someone wore green on consecutive Thursdays, they have the right to arrest that person regardless of how shitty the crime is.

This is the fundamental thing you consistently fail to understand. They have the right to arrest him because in that country what he did is illegal. Nobody cares if you, I, or the Dalai Lama thinks it's a stupid law. The only thing that matters is that it is law.

You also seem to like misrepresenting what a justice system is. It's there to protect people who didn't wilfully break any laws and prosecute the people who did, not give people who did a means to challenge the sense of the particular law they decided to break.

It's Polish Law, not American, Not British, Not Russian. It's Polish law. We can't control their laws unless someone finds some reason to go to war with them and we win *which would be fucking stupid*.
