I've been in the process of moving over the last month and currently don't have a room at my house since its under construction. I'm living on a matress in a spare bedroom with no internet/computer.

Well there has been tons of hype about the new Death Grips album. If you frequent any major indie music site i.e. Pitchfork, Sputnik, etc, there's been tons of talk about No Love Deep Web. Also there's all the stuff that's happened on the music board on 4chan regarding the new Death Grips.

But no matter how frequently you read those kind of sites you wouldn't have known the new album was coming out so soon. They only gave 5 hours noticed before they dropped it.

True. I misinterpreted now knowing new album was out as not knowing new album was coming soon.

NLDW probably wont be #2 once I've fully digested it but i'm sure it will stay in the top 10. It's definitely not as good as The Money Store which I can't see being knocked out of my #1 spot at this point.

Well, 2012 went from being a weak post-rock year to a strong one pretty quick. Between GY!BE and pg.lost, and to a lesser extend Caspian, Mono, If These Trees Could Talk and té, and with Summer Fades Away on the way...

. Solid, to say the least.
