New As I Lay Dying isn't great in my opinion, probably will make my top 25 by a hair though. Glen Hansard's solo effort however is awesome, I recommend it to anyone who digs soft jams and well written songs. Lindsey Stirling's debut album will be getting a review at some point over the week when I can afford to buy it.

Pig Destroyer IS the best grind album to come out in a loooong time. The ferocity of Prowler and Terrifyer with the more mature and catchy song writing of Phantom. Goddamn......

New Stone Sour album House Of Gold & Bones - Part 1 comes out this month. Part 2 will be released in 2013. Judging by Gone Sovereign and Absolute Zero it sounds like it is going to be better than Audio Secrecy.

It hasn't leaked yet, Relapse just sent out the promos Friday but they I have that shit on lock down now because people in their promo circle leaked Hooded Menace and Serpentine Path a while back. Relapse stuff used to leak two weeks or a little less before release date but now i think that's going to change with the tighter security. Look at Weapon its out Oct 9th and has yet to leak.

Yeah, they kinda stopped being over-the-top insane hip hop and became some variant on digital hardcore/extreme electronica that I just don't dig as much. A lot of that has to do with losing the rights to sample that made Exmilitary so good, but Ride isn't really doing much rapping anymore either. I appreciate the punk aesthetic that they're successfully engineering more than their actual music at this point.

Fair enough, are you gonna bother checking out NLDW? The sound is kind of in between Exmilitary and TMS but there's still no sampling.
