Blut Aus Nord's 'MoRT'

A difficult listen to say the least. I wouldn't call it black metal at all. BDSM metal. All I can see when I listen to this album is leather, chains, worms and flesh. This is the best recording of terror I've ever heard.

Of the four B.A.N. albums I've heard (this one and the three that preceded it) it's probably the worst. I knew that going in. Imagine everything they added to the sound of 'the Mythical Beast of Rebellion' on 'the Work Which Transformed God'. Now take away everything that was left from the sound of 'the Mythical Beast of Rebellion'.

Even that wouldn't be worth it. For starters, Punisher War Zone is terrible. But regardless of that, buying DVDs or Blu Rays as new releases is stupid. They're way over-priced and within about four months will be at worst half what they came out at.

Over-spending through impatience is always dumb.
