I'd be fairly OK w/ that. Leave after LOG anyway. I'd be ok w/ that line up as a whole. Few things could stand to go but it'll never be perfect.

Thats it. There are 6 bands I'm ok with seeing/actually watch and for a festival like this one that is a decent number.

That'd be disappointing compared to last year, but I'd still go. I feel bad for LoG, since FFDP played before them in 2010 and then after them in 2013. Also, CC on the main stage just feels odd. But looks solid, and then I could see Gojira.

Also, if that is true, how the fuck has Testament not gotten on Mayhem yet? Not counting the few dates they did in 2011. With their new album out now, they'd be a perfect rotater, and they're (essentially) one of the few non-repeats.

Yeah it'd be good exposure for them. But they're the biggest they've ever been at this point in their career with Dark Roots coming in at #12. I'd rather see them do their own headlining tour, or play direct support for a good band next summer than for them to play a 30 min set at Mayhem.

Testament would be a good choice. Who is to say that the line up posted is correct? The Mayhem Fest organizers usually don't have the lower billed bands signed on until around Thanksgiving...

I could picture FFDP, BFMV, Deftones, & maybe Zombie for Uproar but I don't see that being the line up

I really don't see FFDP/Rob Zombie coheadlining, doesn't seem like the two are strong enough to sell enough tickets. Korn did a lot of the ticket selling in 2010 when RZ was coheadlining, despite his resurgence in popularity I personally don't think he could be the top billed band. I'm personally expecting Avenged Sevenfold to headline with Rob Zombie as coheadliner with 5FDP or LOG in direct support.
