Yngwie is of course playing a bunch of instrumental stuff, which is dumb given the singer from his fucking band is here.

It sure fuckin annoys me that Flight of Icarus gets played more at non-Maiden shows than otherwise. Also, Andy Laroque used Marshall's; they should have had Ripper do Abigail. My god that was so awesome.

Quote:
This all came down to who they could get to come over for the show. Some others they obviously wanted to get did video tributes, like Lemmy and Slash. All in though, absolutely fantastic gig. Nearly four hours and the only low point was putting Malmsteen and Satriani back to back. Two instrumental guys playing their own stuff in a row bored nearly everyone. I don't think anyone should have played their own songs, it should have all been classic covers. Speaking of which, can't believe no one covered Queen or Led Zeppelin. Highlights for me were Corey Taylor singing Mouth For War, and Phil Campbell playing on Still In Love With You.

Right, I think the first post is easier to follow now. Should show how the whole thing flowed better now.

It's Mouth For War, not Mouth of War. Tool.
Great show otherwise. I'd love to have seen Flight of Icarus!
