They did it when Matt was in the band during the Horror Show tour in Europe. No support bands or anything. Jon wanted a DVD shot during that tour, but Century Media didn't want to do it. The set was broken up into sections of the history of the band:

Iced Earth
Night of the Stormrider
Burnt Offerings

Dark Saga
Something Wicked
--
Horror Show

There were three different stage setups. It sounds like they were pretty killer shows. There are bootlegs floating around from that time.
