I see it being highly likely that Dirge Within would play since they've been playing with some big name bands (Hellyeah & Iced Earth) and toured with some past Mayhem bands (Trivium) plus they are getting more and more popular.

To be honest I was hoping they got added to Mayhem when they first bailed on Shockwave

Except the hours you have to put into organizing it that you never expect to

Iced Earth is a big name band? Drawing 200 people a show is considered big time in the US now?

I would like to see something like: Dark Tranquillity, Arch Enemy, Rotting Christ, Skeletonwitch or Insomnium play Mayhem. I think they would all make for great non-headlining bands that have not played in the past (I think).

The show was at HOB. That's like 1500 and a club show.

I would love this. They could use the exposure here too.

Iced Earth filled a 1500 capacity venue in the US on their own?

I think he's referring to the tour where they opened for Volbeat and Hellyeah

No, this was a offdate where it was them with openers Hellyeah and Dirge Within. I didn't go though since tickets with tax were like $46
