Based upon their opening bands of the past decade plus, that would be one hell of a festival.

I really want Mastodon to curate a festival, and none of that Missing Link shit either. A multi-day festival

The Missing Link lineup in 2010 just happened to be really fucking awesome because the tours that were combined were both killer to begin with. It was an amazing show all the way up until Brent started pulling his bullshit. I remember the 2011 lineup being not as great, but I never heard anything about how the show ended up being.

The line-up was pretty meh aside from the tour support. I'd expect a festival curated by Mastodon to feature anything from Faith No More to Today Is the Day to Neurosis to the Melvins to Sleep Red Fang and Dillinger wouldn't hurt either.

I want a festival curated by me. Nothing could go wrong in that situation.

A German magazine interviewed one of Rammstein's roadies and he said for each US tour date they have to bring their own generators because with as much power as they use it would shut down half of an entire city just for Rammstein to play a concert. Of course this would cost an insane amount of money that John Reese just can't afford.
Really? That's fucking gay. Just play the songs. Oh, wait, Rammstein's songs suck so they have to distract from that point. Hey, I know, maybe they can get KISS to play. Same thing.

Who are 5 nonheadlining bands that have yet to play Mayhem Fest that you would like to see on the 2013 fest? I would love to see Deftones, Down, Arch Enemy, Ghost & Skeletonwitch. I think they are all possible & deserving for a variety of reasons.
