He did all the production on the Killer Mike album, so if you like that you should like El's album(s).

He just released that early because it was finished he never sits on a record once it and its artwork are finished.

New Testament is awesome. New Cloudkicker is also awesome. Hoping my Periphery II gets here next week sometime, my pre-order got screwed up.

I'm only half way through the new Cloudkicker and I know it's Top 10 material.

The new Testament is also fucking badass. I'm pretty sure you will dig the new Periphery if you haven't heard it yet.

Listened to new Ihsahn recently. The sax kind of killed it for me. The first half the album is pretty great but the more sax involved the worse.

Listened to half the new Cloudkicker and it's the best sounding record he's made. The whole thing just sounds so vibrant and complete, really looking forward to a full listen tomorrow when I can really absorb it.

I'd imagine so, I'm a bit of a Periphery fan-boy, plus we seem to be on the same wavelength for a lot of music and your opinion of it definitely fills me with more hope than I already had for it!
