Adam from Killswitch Engage. I met him at Summer Slaughter in San Antonio by the sound booth during Cannibal Corpse. After the show ended, his tour manager told him he needed to go, but he stayed around to talk to fans and people who recognized him, he posed in pictures, and he signed shit if the person had a marker on them (he signed a program for my friend and a guitar I'd been carrying around all day).

Mike (YOB) - One of the most genuinely nice guys I've met. Talked to me for a good 15 minutes at the Scion show. Down to earth and appreciates awkward fans like me haha. After he finished the first YOB show I attended he got off stage and just started hugging people. I thought that was the coolest thing. Aaron and Travis are also good dudes. I was surprised at how eager Travis was to chat for quite a while.
At The Gates dudes - All of those guys were really friendly especially Tomas and Adrian. Hung out with them after one of their reunion shows and you could tell they were enjoying the ride as much as the fans were. Russian Circles - All nice guys as well. Dave is probably the friendliest. They are always cool about signing my vinyl and chatting even though they packing up their gear. Kerry King - Saw him at a COB show and he was really fun. I thought he might be a dick but he took time to take a bunch of pictures with people and meet everyone. Funny guy Amon Amarth - Nice guys especially Johan. Mikael Akerfeldt - Cool, funny guy all the times I've met him Wino - Dude is a legend and a gentleman as well. He's always willing to sign my records and give me a few minutes to talk even though I'm a bit of an awkward fan. Love that guy. Trivium - Were kind of dicks but then again it was one of those signings at a festival so I would probably be the same way. As I Lay Dying - Grew out of their music a bit but all those guys are really good to their fans.

Met Don Anderson from Agalloch last night. Chatted briefly about Maiden and their current tour. He was really friendly and open to taking pictures with fans even though he had just finished performing like 5 minutes prior.

Agreed on Don Anderson, well I didn't meet him after the show but I was right in front of him the whole show and he actually opted to start conversations with me and others in front of him, which is cool since I'm very awkward at that. I even shared a bunch of fists bumps and hand shakes with him throughout the show.

Don is a really rad guy. I haven't personally met him, but he teaches at the University of Washington and a lot of my friends have taken his classes. I guess he likes to discuss black metal when there is nothing going on

I believe it was English... I could be wrong though.
EDIT: Just creeped his Facebook. He was an English Instructor at UW until 2011, now he teaches at a different college in Southern Washington.

So Blaze is awesome.
Did an interview yesterday, which we only arranged on Friday with a quick chat after his set in Birmingham, he made sure he had time for it on Sunday, put me on the list in case I didn't have a ticket (I did), and just says "let's sit in the car, it'll be the quietest place". So we go outside and sit in his car. He let my buddy jump in the back and sit in on the chat, and spends a good half hour talking about whatever. Signs some CDs for me then we go back into the venue where he's got all of 15 minutes until he's on stage.
