Foley was never GM but he was commissioner in 2001 (same role but for the entire WWF rather than one show) and it wasn't very good. He was too nice of a guy. You need an asshole, like Eric Bischoff or Paul Heyman, to make the role really work.

Bischoff is still my all time favorite GM, back from the days when the role actually meant something.

I fell asleep when Taker was coming out, hope I didn't miss much.
The FULL (minus Chyna) DX reunion was nostalgia central

To think that I've met X-Pac, Road Dogg, and Billy Gunn before is awesome. Although Road Dogg is a huge drunk.

That was pretty funny but the best part was Punk turning heel at the end by laying the Rock out

Downloaded torrent. Almost done w/ all of Raw. This was the 1st Raw I've watched in its entirety in almost 10 years. And it was fantastic. If it could still be this fun I would still watch every week. So much fun.

I wonder if CM Punk will be able to come off as a Heel. His character is so sarcastic, but in an entertaining way that gets people to love him. Hopefully they don't make him act like Orton or Jericho and all will be good.

Amen to that . I doubt it'll stay this enjoyable though, maybe for a week or two, if even that.

You're obviously not familiar with his heel work in the past then, he makes a great heel.
