You are correct, I would never see Six Feet Under again unless they were supporting someone amazing.

Six Feet Under was such a disappointment. As was said in the review they played less than an hour. Maybe they cut it short because it seemed like the crowd didn't care very much. The crowd was very enthusiastic for Fetus and Suffocation, and I swear 1/4 to 1/3 of the crowd left after Suffocation. People were leaving at a decent clip during SFU as well. Maybe the band noticed and their enthusiasm died out as well, which sucks.
Anyway it was my first time seeing Suffocation and they were awesome. I had never listened to Dying Fetus before but after seeing them I'm going to check them out. |

Here's what I remember from Six Feet Under's setlist:
No Warning Shot Hammer Smashed Face (Cannibal corpse cover) Human Target Reckless Feasting on the Blood of the Insane Victim of the Paranoid Seed of Filth Deathklaat Beneath a Black Sky Stripped, Raped, and Strangled (Cannibal Corpse cover) I think they played a couple more songs but I can't remember what they were. I stayed for their entire set, which was pretty short for a headliner. Barnes did sound pretty terrible, but I figured I'd stay anyway just to see them. Suffocation was my vote for favorite performance of the night, I think they were even better than when I saw them in 2010. They are super heavy live and Frank Mullen is funny as hell onstage. This was my first time seeing Dying Fetus and they killed it. This was my fifth time seeing Revocation in just the past year (one of the benefits of living in Massachusetts ), but they still sounded amazing, and I am always entertained by their stage presence and talent. I wasn't really blown away by any of the local bands, but Vattnet Viskar wasn't bad, despite being out of place and having the hipster vibe.
