I wonder if there is anyway to get tickets for Dethklok/Gojira without spending the extra $30 on "convenience" fees and taxes and all that other crap they throw at you.

I can't confirm this. I got inside half way through their set and didn't see them play any Crippled Youth songs. They were selling Crippled Youth shirts though.

My friend, who you met at the Grave show, saw the entire set. He said they did it as Cripple Youth. They must have done it before you got in. He's really accurate about setlists. He could probably tell you the exact set Destruction played in 09 at the Key Club off the top of his head haha
