Ha, that would be oddly sad for Darkest Hour. I'm imagining that band meeting: "Guys, remember that summer when we were playing in a parking lot at 2pm? In 2004? Well, we're doing it again in 2012." Or maybe they'd love it, I don't know.

They're cool with it considering most of the tours they do, great guys too(Mike handed me his pick at a show in 10)

I really think Prong is a possibility since they're already doing KnotFest

I don't know if this is due to the fact that the Mayhem website is shit, but they haven't mentioned either on the official site or the Facebook that Betraying The Martyrs is part of the festival. I hope I'm wrong, but I think they the replacement band.

they were announced over a week ago

Yeah, I think they're for the Sumerian stage. And you're right, the site has not really declared their involvement, but I've received press releases about them being added and they're now included in the lineup on all press mailings. They just haven't updated the graphics...or even posted anything on the blog about it.

Yeah, the last time I talked to High on Fire's camp was June 1, and they were still talking like they were involved with the tour. I think June 1 is also the day that Betraying the Martyrs were announced, so it's practical to assume that they are not a replacement band, just an additional Sumerian stage band.
