Watched some special on Maiden's "The Number of the Beast" album on Netflix before work. It was pretty awesome.

Also watched the first fifteen minutes of Kevin Smith's Smodimations on Netflix.

Apparently 3 Inches of Blood have a new video out for "Metal Women" or something, and apparently the ex-Bassist of my side band is in it . I need to get my home internet working so I can check this out.

I watched "Haywire" last night. It wasn't exactly what I expected, but it was all right. As it turns out, it was basically a movie that was custom-made around Gina Carano as the lead character by Steven Soderbergh after he saw her in MMA fighting on late-night TV. To be honest, the DVD extras showing her in training for the movie were almost as interesting as the movie itself.

She is truly a badass, though - there's absolutely no doubt about that.

Live stream of a guy at Red 7 here in Austin attempting the Guinness Book of World Records streak for the longest guitar solo of all time (currently at 24 hours and 18 minutes with a Guinness approved 5 minute break every hour)

He started at 7pm last night and you can watch the live stream here:

If I'm downtown tonight getting dinner or something, maybe I'll drop in.

Metal Woman is the worst track on the new album. Total shit.

Strange that a bassist that isn't Byron Stroud is in it...

Yeah, that song was terrible, and the video was even worse
The chick with the jew-fro is the ex-bassist of my side band, they showed her "drinking" in a van... good job 3IOB, shes only 19. So weird seeing her and another chick I always see at shows here in a music video tho.

The Who's Super Bowl Half Time Show.

Fuck all you assholes who thought they sucked here.

The only thing wrong with this was the 30 seconds of Pinball Wizard chopped and screwed at the beginning. They should have just not played it so the other songs would get more meat.
