This would easily be the greatest Stoner based festival the world has ever know. You'd have three of the most influential bands of the genre playing three classics in their entirety.

I'm not entirely sure, but I thought Antarcticus Thawed was just the name of a movement within Dopesmoker?

Nope, it's a song that was recorded as a demo sometime in the 90s. On the setlists from the 2010 tour they did have a few "songs" listed that we're movements of Dopesmoker though. From what I remember, there was Dopesmoker Intro, Improved Morris, Dopesmoker Solo, Proceeds the Weedian and The Cultivator.
