"With Gary Holt still handling guitar duties for Jeff Hanneman on SLAYER’s North American and European tour, EXODUS has invited out none other than former band member Rick Hunolt to fill-in for the band’s upcoming shows. "

From Exodus' statement about Gary filling in for Jeff. So I'd say Jeff's sitting out Mayhem as well.

I'm a little shocked that he would agree to fill in for Jeff with his band already scheduled to play.

Agreed. Exodus without Gary is something I wouldn't want to particularly see. I wonder who's gonna do Gary's parts though: Lee or Rick?

They aren't playing at all the day Exodus play SRF, although they are in Czech Republic the day before and Croatia the day after.

They're in Moscow (:p) the day before Exodus play Graspop, so maybe Gary can't get there that quick?
