The one time I saw Manson was at the 2009 Mayhem Festival, and he was awful. With that said, I'd actually like to see him in one of his own headlining shows. Hopefully he's gotten his act together a bit since then.

I actually went and listened to it and I agree.

It sounds a bit like he's blending his earlier style with his more recent style while definitely favoring his older style.

So long as he steers a course between totally weird, and the really boring riffs of stuff like 'The Beautiful People', it should be fine.

I'm one of the few who really liked the last two albums though.

It's alright. It's better than anything off of the past few albums, but it's still nothing special.
