Just knocked out 'The Perfect Murder' by Peter James last night. It's one of those short stories published as part of a programme called "Quick Reads" aimed at getting people to actually bother reading.

They're cheap, and profits go to the programme in order to continue it, so all good. I just grabbed the ones by authors I actually like.

Sadly, this one sucked Childishly written, pretty dull story with annoying characters, and the twist was obvious from about half way through.

It was just a quick break from the excellent 'Shut Your Eyes Tight' by John Verdon though. Wanted to prolong it

I've got quite a few books lying around that I keep meaning to jump into, but whenever I have the time I'm not really in the mood for reading. Hopefully by this weekend I'll find a way to make room for it.

Just finished "An American Demon" which is a memoir by Jack Grisham(TSOL) . He pretty much talks about his life as if he was possessed. Crazy stuff. I loved it.

SO FUCKING PUMPED

But mostly pumped for season 3 next year. That's going to be greater than any television season, ever.
