I pulled this set from videos uploaded by the band on YouTube. The songs are mostly out of order. The first three are correct for sure and I figured out that after "God of Death" they played "Released When You Are Dead", but other than that I have no idea. In the videos they are shaking the crowds hands after both "Any Kind of Magic or Miracle" and "Entropy Within", so one of them has to be the end of the main set and the other being the encore. Apparently there is a bootleg of the whole show, which is 53 minutes long, but I could not find it anywhere.

As for rubbing it in that you'll never see them, be happy that Lincoln hasn't come in here and told us how awesome they were. I'm assuming he didn't go though.
