The Asphyx album has been pretty solid so far. Great mix of the faster, more brutal songs with the slower, more doomy songs.

Pete's a beast as always on the new Terrorizer. Pretty solid album overall. And Dave Vincent managed not to mess it up.

Well it takes around 5-10 minutes for me per album so I never use torrents

If you liked Alcest, you should check out Les Discrets too. Add Earth and RAM to that doom/classic list. On the death metal front, the new Asphyx and Terrorizer should catch your fancy

Oh and the new Swallow The Sun album isn't too bad either.

On my second listen of Utilitarian, and it's even better than the first. Really digging this album.
