![]() 45.) Leng Tch'e - The Process of Elimination (2005) Grindcore! Not one of my favorite genres, but when it's done well, I love it. Leng Tch'e certainly blew me away with this one. They basically overhauled their entire sound to produce this anthemic album, with squeaky-clean production and an entirely different approach in the vocal department - including some killer backing vocals by Sven from Aborted (the band's former drummer). This album kicks ass from front to back, with some hilarious lyrics to boot. Even if you're not a fan of grind, The Process of Elimination is definitely worth checking out. Favorite Tracks: "Another Hit Single", "Icon Resizer", "P.I.M.P."

![]() 44.) Amoral - Reptile Ride (2007) Amoral is a prime example of a great band going to complete shit. Before doing so, however, they released three excellent and sadly overlooked albums... the final of which being this. When I first heard Reptile Ride, I had no doubt in my mind that these guys would continue to fill the void that other once-great Finnish bands such as Children of Bodom and Norther were beginning to leave. Unfortunately, that glory would be short-lived... but at least former vocalist Niko Kalliojärvi, who jumped the ship just before it started sinking, can say that he went out all guns blazing. Favorite Tracks: "Few and Far Between", "Apocalyptic Sci-Fi Fun", "Pusher"

![]() 43.) Into Eternity - Buried in Oblivion (2004) Before their two album stint with now-Iced Earth vocalist Stu Block, Into Eternity released one album with a dude named Chris Krall on lead vocals. In all honesty, Chris didn't have the range, power or variation to do what Stu does. But he did have a BADASS voice that was a perfect fit for what the band was doing at the time. This album has a lot of raw energy and some of the band's best songwriting to date. Highlights: 3 Dimensional Aperture Spiralling Into Depression Buried in Oblivion / Black Sea of Agony

Underrated album. Easily the best Into Eternity record for me.

And yeah, Splintered Visions almost made my highlights but it was pretty tough to be honest, the whole albums is so awesome ![]() Thanks for the feedback guys! I know this list is taking forever but I've been really busy with a new job lately, so updates will be a bit slow for now but I'll fit them in when I can!
