Yeah I listened to it a fortnight ago and it didn't really stick with me apart from a couple of songs. I was more impressed with Horrendous who I listened to on the same night.

I'm looking forward to "Incurso" too!

I'm really digging the new Psycroptic. I was expecting worse.

I wasn't a huge fan of the vocals on the last album, but I don't mind them as much this time around.

I'm not even through the whole album but I think it pretty much looks like "Sorrow and Extinction" is the album of the year for me at this point.

Dude, Alcest and Pallbearer have given more orgasms on this website than the Big 4 have combined. That's a shame.

Those are the two best cds to get released this year so far, imo. I understand it's not what you're into. It's definitely not a shame though, each of those cds are miles better than the latest releases by the Big 4 again just my opinion.

They're more lauded at this website than any Big 4 release, period. And I go back to all 4 band's prime in the mid-late 80's. And that IS a shame.

I don't care who likes what, this is just what I think.

How many people have been talking about Pallbearer exactly? Four including myself, that really is a lot of people.

As for Alcest I could see where that's coming from a lot more, but still to stay they get more praise than the Big 4 in general is ridiculous. It's still nowhere near the majority of our regular posters that like them I believe, much less give them the type of praise you're claiming.
