Same here man. It's a perfect summation of Alcest's career at this point.

Dude props on the Iced Earth pick. I'm a huge Iced Earth fan and it would be impossible to pick my favorite Iced Earth album. Horror show is amazing, some of my favorite songs from that album are Dragon's Child and Damien. Burnt Offerings is brilliant. Dante's Inferno!!!! Something Wicked This Way Comes... too many good songs, awesome. Dark Saga is the album that helped me a lot in playing fast riffs on guitar when I started learning. I learned almost every song on that album, and I will always love it. My pick would probably be for Night of the Stormrider if I had to choose. Stormrider, the song, is what got me turned onto Iced Earth, with that fast chugging verse riff.

May you go marching in three-measure time, dressed up as asses and drunk to the nines...

Up To Here is a great album as well. You can't go wrong with anything they did from that album through to Trouble at the Henhouse. The absolute most perfect music to sit out on a dock or a deck with a cooler full of beer beside you on a perfect summer day.

When it comes to Iced Earth, only the original versions of Enter The Realm and Iced Earth are bad (at least vocally) otherwise there is not down point in IE's career. Something Wicked Part 2. is as close to that happening.

Burnt Offerings hit me just like Horror Show it was so hard to choose.

I'm definitely planning on that this summer.
