This is also true. Goblin could have been great if he just left all the bullshit off the album. With just the good songs it could have had a solid 45 minute run time.

Found out the awesome Progressive Rock band ENCHANT is actually working on a new album for 2012 release - it's been 9 years since Tug of War, which was one of their best albums in my opinion.

It doesn't sound like Wolves in the Throne Room, though. Or like Altar of Plagues, or like Burzum, or like Alcest, etc. etc. It's that idea filtered through standard-issue meloblack songwriting and crisp, neutered production.

I think they sound very alike. I admit I'm not a fan of Wolves in the Throne Room, but this was the first song that came up when I searched them on YouTube and it happens to be pretty similar to the new Abigail Williams. That's just my take.
