Clutch -- Austin, TX -- December 17th-18th, 2011

Clutch played 2 nights here in Austin on their Winter Tour. Saturday night at the new Emos East and Sunday night on the old Emos inside stage (limited to 300 tickets). Both nights were awesome. I ended up with 2 new posters for the event and also got a guitar pick. I could see the setlist on Sunday so I know the names of the 2 new songs they played. They played the same 2 on Saturday but I forgot at which point each was played. Was a great weekend getting to see Clutch twice.

Saturday

The Mob Goes Wild
Power Player
Cypress Grove
Mice and Gods
Gravel Road
Burning Beard
New Song
Minotaur
Abraham Lincoln
Immortal
The Soapmakers
New Song
50,000 Unstoppable Watts
Struck Down
Electric Worry / One Eye Dollar

Encore:
Spacegrass
Texan Book of the Dead

Sunday

Who's Been Talking?
Promoter
Subtle Hustle
Pure Rock Fury
I Have the Body of John Wilkes Booth
Puerta
Regulator
Sea of Destruction
Easy Breeze
Ship of Gold
Elephant Riders
Slow Hole to China
Newt
The Yeti
Devil and Me
La Curandera
Electric Worry / One Eye Dollar

Encore:
Spacegrass
The Soapmakers

Wow sick sets, anybody who gets to see Clutch on consecutive nights gets a ton of great songs.

I wish I was still around in Austin for these two shows. My roommate went to the first night.

Damn you holidays.
